Drive Upper Class

Your comfort our strongh

Conventionally, transport is an activity that consists of moving a physical commodity or a person from one point to another… It is carried out by a service provider, this activity is known as «transport hire or reward». This activity is done by VTC and a Taxi.

GSC (General sales conditions)

In order to suceed in this activity, Drive Upper Class will do everything in it’s power to respect all the conditions detailed below.

RATE (changeable every year) :

The high-quality 9-seats vehicule of Drive Upper Class is taken into account

Drive Upper Class a company of the distinguished is still a means of being transported with (care and comfort. It’s prices have been carefully studied.

The price for a distance is fixed :

  • Based on its high-quality 9-seats Mercedes vehicle.
  • By kilometres for long distances ( regional, national and international)
  • Short distance = Only Annecy

“NIGHT” TIME FROM 8 PM – 6 59 AM :
• 1-4 people = fixed rate + 25€ (night)
• 5-6 people= (fixed rate + 25€)
• 7-8people = (fixed rate + 50€)

The tarif applies from when the passenger takes his seat at the point of departure until the arrival point.
All the rates include taxes with 10% VAT included.

The cost of a trip takes into consideration :

  • The vehicule, the trip, fuel, toll at the motorway, the driver, insurance of Uppers clients, the service provided.
  • Drinks, magazines, appetizers… are offered (free of charge) by Drive Upper Class.

Booking :
Booking with online payment’

  • Payement 20% down payment online and 80% to be given to the driver

Drive Upper Class is commited :
To respect personal data and not to disclose it. In case of a litigation , it is the Annecy Trade court that is competent to cate care of claims made after 72 hours.

1 suitcase (23kg) + 1 hand luggage per passenger

Indicate additional passengers and excess baggage when booking

Drive Upper Class will be obliged to over-charge additional passengers, additional lugages and luggages that shows a risk of deteriorating the vehicule.

  • Indicate Objects that shows a risk of deteriorating the vehicule (20€)
  • Baby seats should be indicated (0-4 years) if not, there will be a risk of cancellation of trip
  • Booster seats should be indicated (4-8 years) if not, there will be a risk of cancellation of trip
  • It is compulsory to indicated any excess luggage (either 5 € per excess baggage or there might be the possibility of cancellation of trip due to insufficient space )

Drive Upper Class

Drive Upper class in the clauses of it’s insurance contract, covers:

  • The client and his luggages in case of a serious accident.

NB The lugages of the l’Upper-client is entirely under his or her responsability. The company will not be held responsable for anything. The client must take care of his items before and after a trip. On arrival, at the request of the driver, he or she must make sure that he or she has left nothing in the vehicule.

Nervertheless, all items left by a client and found by the Driver will be verified in the presence of the l’Upper-client before being given to him or her.

  • Any damage caused by the client in the interier or the exterier of the vehicule have to be paid by him or her.
  • Putting on seat belts is compulsory, otherwise, there will be a fine at his or her expense.
  • Traffic regulations and speed limit must be respected.

It is forbidden to :

  • Smoke in the vehicule
  • Drink alcohol and use narcotic drugs
  • Transport animals except wen the person is authorized to do so

In case of a cancellation:

  • Booking done more than a day ago can only be cancelled at least 24 hours before the trip.
  • Booking done more the same day ago can only be cancelled at least 1 hour before the trip.
    Otherwise : No refund will be done if the company is not notified for lateness or cancellations.
  • For refunds of on-line paiement occuring after notifying us
    *Envisage (a deduction on the full on-line payment or the down payment) for the cost of bank transactions.
    – Valid for both accounts in France and abroad

The Upper-client must inform the company 24 hours before the trip, otherwise, 30% will be deducted from the refundable price (online paiement).
The company will inform the Upper-client 1 hour before the trip or will propose another (VTC) sub-contractor.

  • Drive Upper Class will be obliged to increase the price in case the trip is prolonged by the l’Upper-client.
  • In case of bad weather,strikes, trafic jams, deviations due to blocked roads; the company will not be held responsible for any lateness that may happen. Nevertheless, it will finish the trip in the best possible way.
  • In case the vhicule breaks down the company will call another driver to take the client to his or her destination.
